Meet Yuriy
Yuriy has owned and run bars in Sydney for over 10 years and has held the liquor licence himself.
He has dealt with Council, police and Liquor & Gaming NSW from the operator's side — DAs, Plans of Management, inspections and notices. He is also NSW Food Safety Supervisor trained under the Food Act 2003, so food safety is part of every compliance check.

No one honestly can — Council and ILGA decide. I make your application as strong as possible, and tell you up front if a site is a bad bet.
Are you a lawyer or town planner?
No. I am an operator and former licensee. DA planning work is done with my partner town planner.
